Canada’s Birthrate Hits All-Time Low  

For the second consecutive year Canada’s birth-rate has dropped to an all time low in two thousand twenty four. Data shows they have reached a new low of a staggering one point two five children per woman. In two-thousand and twenty three the birth rate was one point two six. Replacement fertility is two point one children per woman. This concerning trend is not unique to Canada. As we have documented on our website at life issues dot org nearly all of the western world is facing a looming fertility crisis. Meanwhile, the same nations that are facing this crisis continue to kill unborn babies in the womb. Our world desperately needs more babies, not less. Abortion is never the answer to the problems facing the world.
