Geyer Balog is only 22-years old but is already leaving his mark in Michigan. He grew up on a farm and was homeschooled through high school. Geyer founded a Students for Life group at his college and for the last two years has served as the third district commissioner for Montmorency County. Plus, he’s chairman of the county Republican Party. This young man has his sights set on more. He’s currently a candidate for the Michigan House of Representatives. Most people halfway through life have shorter bios! It’s encouraging to see the youth of our nation take a bold stand on behalf of innocent human life. It’s even more encouraging to see them apply that passion where it can do the most good. The people of Northeast Michigan should keep an eye on this one.
