Tomorrow’s Thanksgiving. For most, today is filled with anticipation and joy, thinking about what the day will hold. Hopefully, you’ll be thanking God for all your blessings. However, someone you know may have difficulty being thankful because life is hard. They may be hurting due to the death of a loved one or a miscarriage, a lost job or other misfortune. Maybe a member of their family’s in harm’s way serving in the military. Celebrate Thanksgiving. Celebrate your blessings by reaching out to someone who’s struggling to see theirs. Perhaps it’s in the form of an encouraging phone call and prayer; or an in-person conversation wrapped in a warm hug. Maybe there’s extra room at your Thanksgiving table. Celebrate Thanksgiving by reaching out to others.
