CINCINNATI – Women were the winners of today’s House of Representatives vote to repeal Obamacare and its funding of Planned Parenthood, said Bradley Mattes, president of Life Issues Institute.

“Today half of Congress acknowledged that Obamacare is an abortion-infected nightmare and that women deserve better than Planned Parenthood by denying the abortion giant Medicaid reimbursement,” Mattes said.

“The House vote is a credit to the efforts of tens of thousands in the pro-life community,” he said. “We will now have to continue the hard work of getting the bill through the Senate. That will be a more difficult task.”

Founded in 1991 by Mattes and J.C. Willke, MD, Life Issues Institute is dedicated to changing hearts and minds of millions of people through education.

Organizations and individuals around the world depend upon Life Issues Institute to provide the latest information and effective tools to protect innocent human life from fertilization to natural death.
