The most recent estimates of last year’s national abortion numbers have been released, and they paint a horrible picture.
The Society of Family Planned found that there were around 1.13 million abortions total. Among that number, around 66% of all abortions were done using the chemical abortion drug. Approximately 300,000 of those were through so-called telehealth, meaning the abortion pills were distributed by mail with no meaningful medical oversight.
It was also revealed that “shield laws” which protect abortion pill distributors in pro-abortion states like NY accounted for around 180,000 abortions.
This plague must be stopped.
