In 2024, the abortion industry scored a heartbreaking victory. The state of Missouri, once a bastion of pro-life advocacy and the first state to enact their trigger law following the reversal of Roe, passed a constitutional amendment enshrining a so-called right to abortion in the state constitution.
Since then, pro-lifers in Missouri have worked tirelessly to reverse this awful amendment. Missouri Amendment 3, which will be on the ballot in November, is the opportunity to end abortion on demand and remove the so-called right to an abortion.
If Missouri can return to the pro-life column, it will send a powerful message to abortion advocates across the country. We must prove that not only can we defend states from pro-abortion ballot measures, but we can advance and take ground from the abortion industry.
