More Two Parent Families

There’s a growing trend of more children being raised by both a father and mother.  The Institute for Family Studies says Census Bureau data shows an upward trend dating back nearly a decade.  Dr. Nicholas Zill says over seventy-one percent of children live in a two-parent home.  This counters the information put out by the New York Times and other legacy media that are preaching the demise of the American family.  And the uptick is crossing all racial and ethnic groups.  The data also shows couples who marry later are more likely to marry before having children and stay married.  Statistics from the Centers for Disease Control show women who are married have fewer abortions.  So take heart.  In the face of all the global craziness, this is very encouraging news.
