Chemical Coat Hanger Ruling Delayed

Bradley Mattes   |   April 25, 2023

The Supreme Court’s Friday ruling on chemical abortion pills wasn’t a loss but is a delay before we know the final outcome.  The Court sent the case back to the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals that ruled on the case with a panel of three judges.  The Fifth Circuit will now hear oral arguments on May 17 in an en banc courtroom which consists of the full court.  After which they’ll rule on the merits of the case and send it to the U. S. Supreme Court.  In the meantime, the Supreme Court has ruled chemical abortion pills can be widely available as before.  This chemical coat hanger has maimed thousands of women and killed at least 28.  Please be in earnest prayer because a positive outcome will literally save millions of babies and protect their mothers.
