A Lifetime of Thanksgiving Days

This is a special adoption story to share with you on Thanksgiving Day.  Forty Days for Life is an group that hosts peaceful, prayerful gatherings in front of abortion centers.  A woman in Great Falls, Montana shared how she connected with an abortion-bound young girl and through their friendship she chose adoption for her child.  Unbeknown to this speaker, the young woman was in the audience and asked to speak.  She recalled what she told her baby after birth.  “I can’t give you a home or a car or the other things you need, but I can give you life and a beautiful adoptive family.”  This baby who was saved because of her brave mom has a lifetime of meaningful Thanksgivings because she was given the best gift of all – LIFE.
