President Biden has weaponized and engaged the Department of Justice (DOJ) and FBI to conduct a campaign of intentional intimidation against pro-life Americans.
While this targeting of our nation’s citizens is unprecedented, it is less surprising when you know the players.
Police officers literally stood by and watched but took no action when a radical terrorist group, Reproductive Justice Union attacked the home of attorney Thomas Brejcha, president of the Thomas More Society. Their violent acts included hurling paint bombs at Brejcha’s brick façade of their home, porch, front door and driveway. In spite of being witnessed by police, no arrests were made.
However, the DOJ charged nine pro-lifers under violations of the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act. Their peaceful protest was in front of the Washington, DC Surgi abortion facility. According to a DOJ press release, no less than 11 federal and state agencies are prosecuting these nine peaceful protestors. They could face 11 years in jail and a fine of $350,000.
This is a far cry from the reaction of DC officials when presented with overwhelming physical evidence that the same abortion center was violating federal law by committing inhumane late-term abortions. There were no investigations. No arrests. No accountability.
During the recent unrest, the DC mayor commissioned a permanent mural that read, “Black Lives Matter.” Various sympathetic far-Left organizations added to the piece. As a result, pro-life youth have filed suit because DC officials refuse to give them permission to simply chalk pro-life messages on a city sidewalk.
A Catholic Friar, Christopher “Fidelis” Moscinski, will face a federal court where he will be charged with violating FACE because of his peaceful protest in front of a Planned Parenthood abortion center.
During one month’s time – between the Dobbs decision on June 24, 2022 and late July – there were 92 domestic terrorist attacks against pro-life pregnancy centers, churches and other entities without a single arrest made.
Compare this with an event that happened August 31st last year when a man set fires at a Kalamazoo, Michigan Planned Parenthood abortion facility. Four days later he was arrested and charged with arson.
Millions of Americans watched in horror as major metropolitan cities were burned and looted while bystanders were bullied and beat for having an opposing view of the violence and carnage. There have been few arrests and fewer penalties leveled against the guilty parties.
In spite of public outcries, fears for the safety of our citizens, and the demands for action from 120 members of Congress and 19 State Attorneys General, Attorney General Merrick Garland and the DOJ have been stone silent and seemingly unresponsive.
There is one reason for this one-sided inaction. Kristen Clarke.
Who is she? Clarke heads the DOJ’s civil rights division and is tasked with investigating potential FACE violations against America’s abortion facilities. Kristen Clarke has lots to say about pro-life pregnancy centers.
She calls them “harmful” and “predatory,” particularly against women of color. Clarke wrote in a tweet, “The anti-choice movement will stop at nothing,” and used the hashtags #EndTheLies and #ExposeFakeClincs.
It is no surprise that there have been no arrests, charges or convictions of individuals or organizations that have committed acts of domestic terrorism against pro-life entities. It is also no surprise that the DOJ has refused to respond to inquiries about Clarke’s obvious bias.
That increasingly louder sound we hear is weeping, and it is coming from Ladies Liberty and Justice, devastated by the tyrannical actions of the Biden administration.
It is wishful thinking of Bureaucratic Thugs if they think they can intimidate and silence America’s pro-life patriots. We will be the voice of countless babies being brutally and violently killed by the abortion industry.
Where injustice prevails, we will be there to meet it.
