There’s been a remarkable development in Texas concerning their Heartbeat Bill. Governor Greg Abbott signed the legislation in May that protects an unborn baby from abortion once the child’s heartbeat can be detected in a doctor’s office. Of course, the abortion industry and its advocates sued to stop the life-saving legislation from taking effect September one. But a dramatic and unexpected development unfolded. The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals canceled a hearing planned for this past Monday. Now unless the US Supreme Court intervenes, it will at least momentarily stop 90% of all abortions in Texas, according to Planned Parenthood and others in the abortion industry. It’s estimated 100 lives will be save each day. Please keep praying for the babies.
