Scores of Americans know the monumental contribution of pro-life pregnancy centers. Members of Congress do too and thought it was high time this humanitarian effort was honored. Over 60 members of Congress introduced a resolution in both the House and Senate to designate the week of November 8 as National Pregnancy Center Week. Thousands of these life-saving centers serve nearly two million people each year. Their services include ultrasounds, pregnancy tests, mother and baby supplies, job training, safe housing – the list is extensive. A thorough report was published to showcase the enormous resources these centers provide to women and men facing an unexpected pregnancy.
