Flat Tires Save a Life

Forty Days for Life provides a prayerful presence outside abortion centers.  This year’s campaign saved nearly 500 babies.  Dan knew the woman going in for an abortion had to move her car which gave him 45-seconds to offer help.  She left the abortion mill undecided but only got as far as the gas station across the street, because of two flat tires with no money to inflate them.  Dan bought her three pump tokens and helped her inflate them.  Then the woman told Dan her decision.  “I know I can’t do it.  I know that now.”  He slipped the extra dollar tokens into her hand and asked her to tell her child that his life was saved because some guy helped her out when she needed it. Thank God for Dan and flat tires.
