Thanksgiving is a time to count your blessings. This week you may be looking back and counting yours. Here are two items on my list. In spite of all the chaos generated by the election, it resulted in an amazing seventeen new pro-life women elected to Congress, and nine of them defeated pro-abortion candidates. More races are yet to be called, so this number may go up. It’s tragic all these victories resulted within one political party. Protecting innocent unborn babies should be a bipartisan effort. In addition, by a margin of nearly two to one, Louisiana amended its constitution to state there’s no constitutional right to abortion or abortion funding. This is important because judges have declared in over a dozen states that pro-life laws violate their constitutions. Happy Thanksgiving!
