News of the death of Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg reverberated across the nation over the weekend. I offer my sincere condolences to her family during their difficult time of mourning. And I’ll keep them and our nation in prayer. Prayer is especially important now because our nation is at a turning point in the fight to protect its most vulnerable citizens, unborn babies. The pro-life grassroots movement has full confidence that President Trump, Senate Leader McConnell, Judiciary Committee Chairman Graham, and every pro-life senator will move swiftly to fill this vacancy. This effort may be fraught with turbulence and unrest. Please join me in praying that God’s will for innocent human life will be accomplished in the weeks ahead.
