Undercover Journalist Fights Back

Pro-life undercover journalism reached a high when David Daleiden exposed Planned Parenthood for selling aborted baby body parts for profit.  Since then he and others have been harassed in court, charged under a state recording law, but now he’s fighting back.  David is suing Planned Parenthood, former California Attorney General, Kamala Harris, and others in federal court for conspiracy to violate his first and fourtheenth Amendment rights.  Undercover video recording is commonly done in California, and they admitted in court David was the first and only journalist to be prosecuted, simply because of his message.  They don’t want the horrific facts to come out.  If they did, it would do irreparable harm to the abortion industry and those who support them.  I’ll keep you posted.
