Students See Live Ultrasound

Students at an Omaha high school got a unique education on fetal development and pregnancy.  Volunteers at Heart of a Child Ministries brought in a pregnant woman, and a sonogram technician performed a live ultrasound on her baby.  These moving images made an impact on the students like none other.  Student Jake Newman said it best.  “The part that really got me was the heartbeat.  Not even hearing it but seeing it.  My jaw dropped.  I couldn’t even look away.  It was awesome.”  Ultrasound is changing the way Americans view abortion because it’s a window to the womb.  The next time these students hear Planned Parenthood say abortion is easy and comes with no ramifications, they’ll remember this class and know the abortion advocates are lying to them.
