Ending Discrimination Abortion

Bradley Mattes   |   May 21, 2020

Legal experts following pro-life legislation through the courts are watching Ohio’s law ending the eugenic practice of Down syndrome discrimination abortion, under review by an appellate court.  Earlier, an appeals court ruled against similar legislation.  A favorable ruling in Ohio would cause a split decision, a major factor in getting the Supreme Court involved.  Justice Clarence Thomas recently indicated there was no Supreme Court precedence on eugenics legislation and it was time they dealt with it.  America’s laws and culture have turned away from eugenics and disability discrimination, so many legal experts and pro-life leaders believe the time’s right for Ohio’s law to inflict the first judicial blow against Roe v Wade that legalized abortion on demand.  Please keep these judges and justices in your prayers.
