Two Different Politicians

These are two very different politicians from the same party.  US House Speaker, Nancy Pelosi often uses her version of religion to advocate certain politics.  Recently she tweeted, “Jesus teaches us to love our neighbors as ourselves and treat them with mercy.”  However, her support of abortion on demand throughout pregnancy defies this statement.  How can the deaths of millions of unborn babies demonstrate love and mercy?  On the other end of the spectrum is Thomas Koch, mayor of Quincy, Massachusetts.  He recently left the Democrat party saying, “The party platform is so far left on abortion it’s sickening.”  Here are two politicians who are responding very differently to the American tragedy of abortion.  We need to pray for them both.
