There are times when it’s necessary to momentarily set aside the daily demands of life and focus on another priority.
In this case it’s one of our warriors for LIFE.
Jenifer is experiencing her own personal battle…and she needs us.
For nearly two decades, Jenifer Bowen has been one of those tireless pro-life advocates. First as a volunteer, and later as staff with Iowa Right to Life. In 2016 she founded Life Right Action which seeks to inform voters on critical issues pertaining to life.
Jenifer also serves on the board of And Then There Were None, an organization that helps abortion staff transition out of the abortion industry. And she was named 2019 National Pro-Life Woman of the Year.
But now, Jenifer is in a battle for her life. Treatment after a February car accident led to the discovery of something far more ominous – breast cancer that spread to her lymph nodes, multiple bones, spine, brain and neck.
Jenifer is battling aggressive stage four cancer.
She has endured multiple rounds of chemotherapy and radiation treatments, blood transfusions, surgeries and other medical therapies. It’s easy to feel exhausted just reading the Caring Bridge posts that document her journey.
You and I don’t hold the key to curing cancer, but we can help Jenifer in a very real way. Right now, she needs our prayers and encouragement, so here’s what we need you to do.
