Thank You SUNY

The State University of New York deserves our thanks.  In an age when campuses bend over backward to enforce political correctness and silence pro-life organizations, this college is different.  The Bravo Center, a pro-life pregnancy center, comes to the campus once a week for eight hours to provide free services to women.  These include pregnancy tests, counseling, support after abortion and other resources.  The on-campus International Socialist Organization found out and formed a protest, demanding they be removed.  But Mike Patterson with the college told the group, “It protects the interests of those students that might want this.  That means you’re going to have different viewpoints and ideologies.”  What a breath of fresh air!  Free speech does exist on some campuses.
