Banging on the Wrong Doors

Bradley Mattes   |   October 23, 2018

Nadia Murad was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize for this year for her tireless work against sexual violence.  She and thousands of other women were kidnapped by ISIS and traded as sex slaves.  But her advocacy has largely fallen on deaf ears.  Where are the so-called feminists who in the face of little to no evidence, attacked Justice Brett Kavanaugh but remain silent on the well-documented crimes inflicted upon Nadia and countless other women and children?  If these feminists were truly concerned about the well-being of women, and not their political agenda, they’d be standing alongside Nadia in her quest for justice.  Columnist Kelsey Harkness correctly suggested instead of banging on the Supreme Court doors, they bang on the doors of the United Nations.
