Unborn Baby Testifies Before Congress

Bradley Mattes   |   November 16, 2017

Recently, the House of Representatives held a subcommittee hearing on the Heartbeat Protection Act, a bill that would end abortion once the baby’s heart can be detected.  I watched the live, online streaming of the proceedings.  At one point, Chairman Steve King of Iowa showed an ultrasound and audio of Lincoln Glenn Miller, an eighteen-week-old unborn baby.  During that time, pro-abortion Representative Pramila Jayapal and Yale Professor Priscilla Smith averted their eyes.  They couldn’t face this proof of humanity of the unborn child.  They’re guilty of flat-earth science, and intentionally keep it that way because reality conflicts with their politics.  Reflecting the true facts, Chairman King said, it’s the first time an unborn baby has “testified” before Congress.
