A prayerful, pro-life presence outside America’s abortion chambers is saving many lives. Pro-lifers were outside a Missouri Planned Parenthood, offering counseling to women going in. The state requires a 72-hour waiting period after the initial appointment before an abortion can be done. Of the eleven women contacted by pro-lifers that day, seven changed their minds and didn’t come back; and one woman who did changed her mind at the last minute! Former Planned Parenthood workers say up to 75 percent of women change their minds about having an abortion when people are out on the sidewalk praying. Research shows a majority of women feel coerced or forced into abortion as their only choice. When an alternative is offered, even in the eleventh hour, many take it.
