Ohio Shuts Down Abortion Mill

Bradley Mattes   |   December 12, 2016

The Ohio Department of Health has finally yanked the license of one of Ohio’s most notorious late-term abortion mills run by Martin Haskell.  He’s most famous for popularizing Partial-Birth Abortion, which is killing a baby during delivery.  His mill is known for botching abortions.  State law requires abortion mills have a written transfer agreement with a local hospital should something go wrong — a basic safety requirement.  For five straight years, the facility hasn’t been able to get one, so they’ve filed for a variance and received it — until this year.  This time the state is shutting them down.  I’ve spoken in front of this abortion mill multiple times.  Faithful sidewalk counselors have offered women life-affirming alternatives at a pro-life center across the street.  Hopefully the killing will end.
