Priest Calls Pro-Life Message Bigotry

Bradley Mattes   |   November 03, 2016

DePaul University is a Catholic institution, so the College Republicans thought they were on solid ground when they followed protocol before hanging posters on campus reading “Unborn Lives Matter.”  But the president, Father Dennis Holtschneider, pretty much came unglued, calling the posters “bigotry under the cover of free speech.”  And he also actually said they “challenge” the university’s “Catholic values.”   This is the same university that last year provided an internship and job referral link to Planned Parenthood, the nation’s largest chain of abortion mills.  Those who are donating large sums of money to DePaul University should have a heart-to-heart meeting with this president.  He needs to repent or resign.  By the way Father Holtschneider, unborn lives do matter.
