Blessing Out of Rape

Many well-meaning Christians support abortion when it comes to rape.  Kathryne’s story may change their minds.  She was raped and became pregnant, plus she used drugs early in the pregnancy.  Kathryne couldn’t afford an abortion.  No, God had another plan for her child.  Instead of aborting, she chose life for her baby boy and placed him in the loving arms of adoptive parents.  And along the way she came to know Jesus.  After the adoption, Kathryne believes her baby turned a tragedy into something wonderful.  She says the violent crime of rape turned into a “beautiful journey.”  It wasn’t an easy journey, but when we follow God’s will for our lives, He promises to bless us.  Every baby God allows to come into existence is a precious gift that He expects us to welcome.
