Pastors are Last on the List

Bradley Mattes   |   July 18, 2014

Research shows eight-percent of men who lose a child to abortion are seriously affected emotionally.  This means well over four-million men are struggling just to get through the day.  Anger is a common symptom of men after abortion.  Research shows a vast majority of men in prison have one or more abortions in their past.  One of the most alarming facts is a pastor’s the last person a hurting father would go to for help in dealing with a past abortion.  This is tragic and yet avoidable if pastors preached forgiveness from abortion through Christ.  Imagine how many grieving dads are in our churches.  We can help them, with resources to help hurting fathers and tools for pastors to address the issue of abortion.
