Supreme Court Pops Bubble Zone

Bradley Mattes   |   June 27, 2014

Yesterday the US Supreme Court unanimously popped the Massachusetts bubble zone law. The law was written to specifically target pro-lifers offering alternatives to women going in for abortions. But it was carefully crafted to exclude abortion mill staff and pro-abortion activist. The law prohibited pro-life individulas from coming within thirty-five feet of the abortion facility. Pro-lifers sued, saying it prevented them from sharing life-affirming information with expectant mothers, which they said violated their First amendment right to free speech. the court agreed. Big time. The fact that this was a unanimous ruling speaks volumes. Some of the justices on the Court are hardcore pro-abortion advocates. Now more babies will be saved and mothers spared form the horros of abortion.
