Election Takes a Racist Turn

Bradley Mattes   |   November 04, 2013

Tomorrow is a heated election in the state of Virginia for governor. It’s gotten lots of media attention. But the race for Lieutenant Governor has gotten much less coverage. And in the final days of campaigning, things took an especially ugly turn. Bishop E. W. Jackson is a black man running for the spot. Recently his campaign signs were vandalized with white paint over Bishop Jackson’s face. Why hasn’t this been a focus in the media? The candidate is strongly pro-life. Jackson even said, “Planned Parenthood has been far more lethal to black lives than the KKK ever was.” The statistics clearly show the truth of his statement, but it’s made the liberal media hostile to his campaign. So much that they’re ignoring this apparently racist attack on a black state-wide candidate.
