Miss World is Pro Life

The new Miss World beauty queen had some surprising things to say to the media in her home country of the Philippines. Megan Lynn Young is flatly against abortion of any kind. When asked about contraception, Megan said that’s something she’s not involved in because she believes sex should be saved for marriage. When the shocked reporter asked how such a beautiful woman could say no to sex, Megan said, “You say no.” The new Miss World also believes marriage is something to be taken seriously—a lifelong, unbreakable union. Megan doesn’t intend to be dragged down to society’s norms. I think she’ll be a great spokesperson who young people will listen to. The next generation will be better off with more Megan Youngs and Tim Tebows in the world, let’s pray God uses them to further the kingdom.
