Those Missing From the Celebration

Bradley Mattes   |   July 04, 2013

Today’s the Fourth of July. We’re celebrating the 237th birthday of our great nation. I’m a very patriotic person so I love July Fourth. We fondly remember the trials and tribulations of our founding fathers to birth this nation. And we remember all the solders who’ve died or been wounded defending her. The most important right to defend is our right to life. Because, without it, we’d have no other rights to enjoy. Tens of millions of unborn babies have been legally aborted—never to enjoy their right to life or the many other rights we hold dear. Why does Congress refuse to include all American citizens in today’s celebration? We must end the tragedy and injustice of abortion to fully celebrate the freedoms the rest of us enjoy. Please, God, help us.
