Irony of a Lobbyist

Florida legislators are still reeling after Alisa Snow, Planned Parenthood’s lobbyist, actually lobbied against giving medical treatment to babies who survive abortion. Many lobbyists work for multiple clients, but I’m surprised to read Alisa’s list. They include Golisano’s Children’s Hospital, the Children’s Rehab Network, the Alliance for Pediatric Therapies, Brightstart Pediatrics and Cradling Hands. These entities are the ones trying to save the kind of babies Alisa and Planned Parenthood want to violently snuff out. I wonder if they know who’s representing them at Florida’s state capital. They’d be better served to find a political consultant who actually believes the children they serve deserve a right to live. Hopefully, Alisa’s client list will give her career the same treatment she wants babies to have.
