Many of you are familiar with Abby Johnson’s story. She was the director of a Planned Parenthood abortion mill in Bryan, Texas. That is, until realities of the abortion industry confronted her in very dramatic ways. Abby’s story is so compelling it was featured in a two-part episode of our weekly TV program, Facing Life Head-On:

On the first anniversary of Abby leaving the abortion industry, Life Issues Institute gave her our prestigious Hero At Heart award that recognizes select individuals who demonstrate outstanding courage or compassion on behalf of innocent human life.

NUnplanned by Abby Johnsonow Abby has detailed her journey from darkness to light in a book called Unplanned. It was on the Amazon best sellers list before even being available. Life Issues Institute was provided with an advance copy for review, and is pleased to give it a full endorsement.

Even if you’re familiar with many of the details of Abby’s transformation, you will find Unplanned compelling reading. Brad Mattes, host of Facing Life Head-On and executive director of Life Issues Institute said, “Honestly, I couldn’t put the book down until I had finished reading. The title is quite descriptive of Abby’s experience.”
