Planned Parenthood’s Secrets

Website Editor   |   February 26, 2010

To know a child is the victim of sexual abuse and do nothing to stop it is unfathomable. To then push that child into an abortion only heaps one abuse on another. For some time, we suspected Planned Parenthood of doing both. And we were right. This week the stack of evidence grew, with the release of a new undercover video.

When Lila Rose, president of Live Action, posed as a 14-year-old girl seeking an abortion at the insistence of her 31-year-old boyfriend, a Planned Parenthood official simply asked who’d be paying the bill. If it were real life, it would be a felony, but no one took steps to report the crime. No one offered to help Lila. Instead, the counselor coached her on how to keep the statutory rape a secret.

This took place in Wisconsin, where, as in many other states, sex between an adult and a minor under the age of 16 is a felony. Healthcare workers who hear about such incidents are required to immediately report the crime to authorities. But Planned Parenthood is all too willing to ignore a young girl’s desperate need, instead victimizing her again for the sake of another paying customer for the abortion industry.

It isn’t the first time. This is the tenth video Lila’s released in recent months. Considering there are about 750 abortion mills in the US, who knows how many vulnerable children have been abandoned by the people who by law are required to protect them.

Sadly, it’s more evidence that Planned Parenthood only offers one solution: abortion. Everything else—like the safety and well-being of minors—appears to be inconsequential. They don’t call it the abortion industry for nothing.
