Join us as we celebrate national adoption month with this important show. Brad and Victor are joined by Greg and Kimberly Henkel, as well as Kate Stapelton. Kimberly and Greg are adoptive parents, while Kate is a birth mother who placed her child into the loving arms of another family through adoption. Together our guests share their moving stories and give an invaluable insight into adoption from both perspectives. Learn about the blessing of adoption as we highlight the importance of protecting life!

For women facing an unexpected pregnancy, adoption is a life-affirming alternative that both she and her baby can live with. The option of adoption opens a plethora of choices for women. She can choose a closed or open adoption – or anything in-between. The expectant mom has options and the ability to make a placement plan for her child: she can choose an adoptive family with a specific religion, location, or family size. And she has the option of being involved in the baby’s life. Additionally, the expectant mother can choose to work with an adoption agency that cares for her needs during the pregnancy and post-placement. It is critical that agencies provide post-placement care and counseling for birth mothers.
Join us as we share inspiring real stories of families touched by fostering and adoption, while also helping families discern and live out the call to foster and adopt. Come here to learn more about the adoption triad (birth parents, adoptive parents, and adoptees), as well as how to get involved with helping vulnerable children in foster care either through fostering or supporting a foster family. If you are discerning if you might be called to foster or adopt, please sign up for our free Be Not Afraid virtual retreat to receive immediate access.
