Abortion not only kills an innocent child, but it leaves a wake of destruction in its path. Mothers and fathers affected by abortion often suffer with post-traumatic stress accompanied by guilt and pain. Thankfully, there is hope and healing after abortion. April is Abortion Recovery Month and this week we are joined by Luana Stoltenberg and Brian Ottinger as they share their stories of recovery after abortion.

Men and Abortion
Our Mission
To promote emotional healing for men who have lost a child to abortion, and to create awareness among the counseling community, the pro-life movement and society as a whole regarding the impact of abortion on millions of these hurting fathers.
We offer free counseling for men affected by abortion.

Abortion Hurts Dads Too
The following words are often used to describe a man who was involved in the decision to abort his unborn baby: Coward. Failure. Weak. There are others.
These aren’t words used by pro-lifers or others in society. They reflect how fathers of aborted children often describe themselves.
Their internal pain is a serious problem, but the good news is we offer hope and healing to men who’ve lost a child to abortion.

Singing in the Wilderness
At fifteen, Luana became pregnant. Ironically, her pregnancy gave her a way out of a home filled with alcohol abuse, and dysfunction. She married, but suffered a miscarriage, and the marriage ended. Seeking love and acceptance, Luana’s promiscuous lifestyle resulted in another unplanned pregnancy. Desperate and scared, she was convinced abortion was her only option.

Rachel’s Vineyard
Healing the pain of abortion one weekend at a time.
Rachel’s Vineyard is a safe place to renew, rebuild and redeem hearts broken by abortion. Weekend retreats offer you a supportive, confidential and non-judgmental environment where women and men can express, release and reconcile painful post-abortive emotions to begin the process of restoration, renewal and healing.
