A new report by the Restoration of America Foundation estimates that more than 328,000 abortion pills have been shipped from states with abortion shield laws into states that protect unborn children. The report shows that mail-order abortion has become the primary method of bypassing pro-life laws enacted after the Dobbs decision.
This should concern everyone, regardless of what state they live in. Mail-order abortion kills babies, eliminates in-person medical oversight, increases the risk of forced abortion, and undermines the ability of states to enforce laws enacted by their citizens. If pro-abortion states can send these deadly drugs in the mail, it means that they are setting the abortion policy for the entire country.
