Much like Chicken Litte, many on the left have spent years claiming that the world is going to come to an end because of overpopulation. Proponents of abortion have often used this as an attempt to justify abortion as a method of population control. They attempt to apply something of a utilitarian ethic claiming that to do the most good for the most people, we must sacrifice some for the good of the many. Not only is that line of argumentation morally bankrupt, it’s also predicated upon a lie. Around the world countries face a looming population collapse.
