Stop This Madness

Several members of both the US Senate and House of Representatives sent a letter to President Trump. In part it read as the President works to “eliminate waste, fraud, and abuse in US government agencies,” he needs to stop the funding of embryonic stem cell research. This experimentation that kills human embryos has yielded zero medical advancements. Yet millions of patients worldwide have been treated or cured by adult stem cells that don’t require the killing of innocent human life to further medical science. During recent fiscal years embryonic stem cells received one billion tax dollars. And they’re slated to receive another one-third of a billion dollars this year. It’s time to stop this madness in the name of political ideology. And we must protect human life.
