Today is Good Friday, called “Good” because our salvation resulted from Jesus freely giving up His life for us all. In commemoration of this day, pro-lifers throughout the nation are holding prayer vigils outside nearly eighty abortion facilities. They are there to mourn for the victims of abortion. However, they’ll also remember the mothers and fathers who grieve the loss of their children to the brutality of abortion. Abortion has many victims in addition to the babies. The pro-lifers will draw attention to new research showing that women’s grief is far more common than previously thought. Research also shows seventy percent of women who have abortions were motivated by outside influence contrary to their desire to keep the babies. Please keep everyone in prayer today.
