Ultimate Example of Hypocrisy

Former Attorney General Merrick Garland displayed the ultimate example of hypocrisy in his farewell comments to staff of the Department of Justice.  He warned against the danger of abusing raw government power to persecute political opponents.  Garland said independence is necessary to be sure “law enforcement decisions are free from partisan influence.”  A leaked FBI memo showed this arm of the government was targeting pro-lifers, conservatives, traditional Catholics and of course President Trump.  Perhaps Garland is worried about the ramifications of his past partisan actions against innocent Americans.  Based upon how he weaponized the Department of Justice, he has good reason to look over his shoulder and worry about true justice coming home to roost.
