Whenever a woman dies from a pregnancy-related illness in a pro-life state, they blame the existing pro-life law. Recently Neveah Crain died in a Texas hospital and abortion advocates went nuts. But the truth behind her death was malpractice of two hospitals, not the pro-life law. The hospitals seemed to ignore this young woman’s symptoms and neglected to provide the appropriate care. The family of Neveah agrees. They say abortion advocates are using their daughter’s and grandchild’s deaths for political purposes. Neveah’s mother said, “I want them to be going after Baptist and Saint Elizabeth [hospitals] because they’re to blame for her death…I feel like they murdered my daughter and they just got away with it.” Our prayers go out to this grieving family.
