Abortion Trafficking as Free Speech

Tennessee protects its unborn babies and passed a law protecting minor girls from abortion trafficking.  It’s a felony for an adult to secretly take a minor girl out of the state for an abortion without the parents’ or guardian’s knowledge and consent.  Sex trafficking is rampant in America and abortion is what keeps the gears of this evil industry humming.  Yet District Judge Aleta Trauger blocked the law, concerned it violated the First Amendment.  Think about this for a moment.  This wayward judge is calling abortion trafficking free speech.  She was nominated by President Clinton and is remembered for ordering Tennessee to recognize same sex marriages.  Thankfully her ruling will be appealed but it makes Tennessee’s young girls more vulnerable to adult abusers and sex traffickers.
