His Resurrection is For You

Christmas and Easter are my two favorite holidays for obvious reasons – we celebrate both the birth and resurrection of Jesus Christ.  There’s no better reason for a celebration.  Second, though, is the celebration of the birth of a baby whether it be a child, grandchild, great grandchild, sibling, niece or – well you get my point!  Next to our gift of salvation is the gift of human life.  Both come from our heavenly Father, both have eternal consequences.  If you or someone you know is facing an unexpected pregnancy, remember this child is a precious gift from the one who died and rose for your eternal redemption.  If you’ve tragically chosen abortion, remember Christ’s blood on the cross covers your sin of abortion.  His resurrection is for you.  Happy Easter!
