I keep reading horror stories out of Canada regarding their euthanasia program. Amy Judd was diagnosed with stage four abdominal cancer. Amy’s doctor told her chemotherapy had only a fifty percent success rate at slowing down the cancer, so he offered her euthanasia instead. Amy sought out and received treatment in Baltimore and now she’s married, feels “one hundred percent,” and is doing all of the activities she used to do before the cancer diagnosis. The government-controlled healthcare system in Canada denied her insurance claims, saying she didn’t follow the doctor’s advice to opt for euthanasia. This is what will happen to your healthcare if the US follows Canada’s example. Be aware and ready to push back if your doctor insinuates ending life prematurely.
