Since the late seventies I’ve attended most of the annual Marches for Life in Washington, DC. At first I was in a distinct minority being a young person. Now I’m once again in a minority being in the older crowd – and delighted that’s the case! Young people changed our March from a somber event into a celebration of life. Last week’s March was colder and snowier than most. Even so, it was very well attended. While DC was pretty much closed down for the snow, this enthusiastic and enormous crowd was a living testimony to anyone who saw us. We will continue to march until all the babies are welcomed in life and protected by law. Make no mistake, we’re making history just like the abolitionists ending slavery. Join our life-saving movement.
