Turning ERs Into Abortion Centers

President Biden and HHS Secretary Xavier Becerra are relentlessly trying to turn America’s emergency rooms into abortion centers.  It’s a desperate attempt to add elective abortion to a nineteen eighties law that requires ERs treat patients regardless of their ability to pay.  A district judge pointed out that the law actually requires doctors to treat both mother and her unborn child.  In a move that defies common sense and basic reasoning these zealously pro-abortion politicians think that includes elective abortion.  It clearly does not.  But the district Texas ruling isn’t slowing them down.  They’ve appealed it to the Fifth Circuit Court.  Biden’s Justice Department also went after Idaho because they, like Texas, have a law protecting the unborn.  I’ll keep you posted.
