Lawsuit Against Radical Michigan Amendment

Last year Michigan passed a radical amendment to its state constitution.  Since then, sixteen organizations and individuals filed a lawsuit saying it violated the Fourteenth Amendment by stripping parents’ rights to be involved in an abortion decision with their minor daughter.  It also violates the Fourteenth Amendment by stripping rights of women exempting them from equal legal protections.  They can’t sue a hack abortionist.  It violates the First Amendment by stripping the rights of individuals to not participate in abortion.  Finally, it strips legislators from passing any pro-life laws, violating the Guarantee Clause giving citizens the right to be represented by their elected officials.  A similar radical amendment passed in Ohio so please pray for the success of this lawsuit.  It may undo the agenda of pro-abortion activists.
