It was bound to happen. Couples are putting off having children to further careers, fertility rates continue to decline, and parents are opting to have fewer children. Added to this is the tragedy of abortion. Each year nearly one million babies are sacrificed on the altar of so-called choice. Of course, those numbers will decline with the reversal of Roe v Wade. However, it’s predicted that population growth will come at a painfully slow pace. With all this in mind, it’s not surprising the US Congressional Budget Office predicts that by 2043, there will be more deaths in America than births. This means a shrinking labor force to pay taxes and Social Security. Our economy and productivity shrink with it. Abortion affects us all, the fruit of a sinful nation.
